A new south campus chilled water plant supplying two-thirds of MTSU's cooling needs was recently built. PPMI was the prime mechanical contractor on site whose scope of work included all plumbing, piping, HVAC, and water distribution systems. PPMI installed three 1500 ton chillers, three 1500 ton cooling towers, and associated control systems.
